Rates

Our rates are based on our philosophy of personalized service.

Every project is different and has its own set of specifications and deadlines. Therefore we cannot give standard, across-the-board rates. We work with clients to understand their specific needs and determine the fee that best corresponds to the service provided.

Our rates are calculated as follows:

• Translations are generally charged on a per-word basis, with charts, graphs, and other non-text items charged according to time spent
• Copywriting and editing work is charged either per page, per hour, or according to a set fee for the entire project
• Training is charged on a per-day basis

Some of the factors used to determine our rates for a particular project include:

• The type of service (translation, copywriting, editing, or training).
• The purpose of the document: How important is it to your business goals? Who is it intended for? Is it an internal company document or will it be issued externally?
• The subject of the document: Is knowledge of any specific vocabulary required, outside of our areas of expertise?
• Whether any revisions will be made to the initial document after it is sent for translation or editing.
• Whether the project is a rush job or requires work over the weekend, on a holiday, or outside regular office hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
