Dear Emma,

Thanks for complimenting my new digs - all made possible by Frugal blogger and WordPress guru Kelly Rigotti (www.almostfrugal.com and www.kellyrigotti.com)!

I am continuing to work on the case study genre (for myself and for clients), which is still one of the most difficult kinds of copy for me to write. I *just* posted a new one here on the English version of the site, which is still under construction:

Right now what I would love to do is hone the whole pre-writing interview/questionnaire process! Any tips?

Hi Sara,

Your new website and blog look great. Well done! The case study makeover is also a great success. You have switched the focus from the challenges you faced to what benefits you brought the client: a vital shift in focus!
Another improvement is in the structure: the first case study contained three loosely connected paragraphs, but the makeover version walks the reader through the project. Overall, the new case study is clear, well-written and markets your services effectively.
